New York Knicks rookie star Kristaps Porzingis continues to impress with his tenacious putback slams this season. Last night, the Knicks hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder and they came into the game without their star, Carmelo Anthony, who missed the game due to a knee injury.
OKC struggled to defend Kevin Durant as the Thunder star scored 44 points on the night in OKC’s overtime win. Before Durant took over to lead the Thunder, there was a moment when Madison Square Garden exploded when their young star Kristaps Porzingis, or the NBA’s unicorn as Durant says, put down a nasty putback slam all over Thunder big man Serge Ibaka.
