New York Knicks don’t have much to celebrate anymore. With the season close to an end, only 2 games remaining, and an all but certain top 3 pick in their future, it appears the Knicks get what they can when it comes to celebrations.
When the Knicks visited the Orlando Magic they had a hard time during the game to get anything going. In particular, the second quarter seemed to be a struggle for any NBA team in the Amway Center. The Knicks and Magic combined for the worst scoring quarter in NBA history when they totaled 15 points between the 2 teams.
So a 80-79 final score isn’t all the surprising.
What was surprising was how the game ended. Knicks young guard Tim Hardaway Jr , who has struggled all season including this game, came up big for New York. He hit what would eventually be the game-winner with 12 seconds left in the game.
Good for Hardaway but after he hit the big shot he also paid homage to his former Knicks teammate, J.R. Smith, with the classic J.R. celebration.
You tell me who did it better!
