Kevin Johnson was an NBA star guard in the 90’s, often buried behind the likes of Michael Jordan, John Stockton, Clyde Drexler, Gary Payton and Reggie Miller but he still held his own in that dominant era. In the 90’s, as a member of the Phoenix Suns, he was a three-time NBA All-Star, four-time All-NBA team member, averaging 18.8 PPG, 3.3 RPG, 9.3 APG and 1.5 SPG. Recently, Johnson has been named a finalist for the Basketball Hall of Fame.
After his days with the Suns ended with him being one of the best players in their history, Johnson went on to hold a position as the Mayor of Sacramento. Johnson has helped in the stand against Donald Sterling and he was one of the most influential members in helping to keep the Kings in Sacramento when there were talks about moving them out of town.
Yet despite all the good Kevin Johnson has done, it comes with a cloud of bad and possibly damning accusations against him. Multiple women have come forward recently in a special on ‘Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel’ to talk about the things that Johnson allegedly did against them and the reports are very troubling.
