J.J. Redick just fell victim to Kevin Durant’s poster in the first half of the Thunder-Clippers game. I’m not sure how Redick thought this encounter would go. He sprinted back to the paint to beat Durant but then made no effort to stop his progress (not like he could anyway). Redick’s best option was probably to even foul Durant as opposed to continuing to back up, which led to the resulted outcome.
Durant finished with 16 points and the Thunder built a 20-point lead before the halftime break.
