Kemba Walker’s knee was looking pretty good tonight against the Chicago Bulls. If you don’t believe me look at the gif below of Walker giving Aaron Brooks the business. He made Brooks stumble twice if you think that first stumble wasn’t due to the slight contact Walker and Brooks made.
After playing limited minutes in his first couple games back, Walker played 34 minutes and scored a game high 29 points. It came with a defeat however with the Hornets falling to the Bulls 86-98. Walker has averaged 14.1 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists since returning from injury.
The Hornets are now sitting at the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference Playoff Race with spot 8-11 all being within a game and a half of each other. It’s coming down to the wire but personally I wouldn’t dare count out a Hornets teams with a healthy Walker simply because of this… i’ll give you the luxury of picking the video.
