In Washington’s 86-78 Summer League win over Utah, Kelly Oubre Jr caught this alley-oop and finished with a very powerful dunk. He may not be the biggest or strongest guy out on the court every night, but he is definitely one of the most athletic, which was shown here when he went all the way up to finish the play.

In 28 minutes, the rookie scored 12 points, grabbed 4 steals and 3 rebounds, which also dishing out 4 assists. Even though he played very well, it was not Oubre’s best game, but the Wizards still got the win and advanced to the next round of the Summer League playoffs, and that’s really what matters .
Easy dunks that still come as crowd pleasers such as this one are going to make Oubre loved even more in Washington than he already is. The fans love his attitude, swagger, and confidence, but his big-play ability on the basketball court is going to make him a fan favorite in DC for a long time to come.
Once these dunks start going down the rims at Verizon Center, Oubre is bound to be getting a lot more crowd noise from the fans than he was after this dunk in Las Vegas.
