Vice Sports talked to rookie sensation Karl-Anthony Towns from the Minnesota Timberwolves as another part of their ‘Ride Along’ series. Last time, Vice went with D’Angelo Russell and talked to him about life as a rookie, girls and what life in Los Angeles would be like.
Karl-Anthony Towns went riding around in his home of Piscataway, New Jersey and talked about his life growing up, how his Dominican roots linked him to his eventual coach at Kentucky, John Calipari, and he even talked about his dream ‘Monopoly’ opponents.
Overall, Towns shows why he is one of the best people in the NBA despite only being a rookie in the league. Talking to him one-on-one is always fun and KAT has a bright young future in the NBA.
