On Friday night, University of Washington wide receiver John Ross told the media he was targeting a 40-yard dash time under 4.3 . “I don’t want to say too much, (that) I’m just everything. But I’m definitely going to try. I’m definitely going to go for it,’’ Ross said according to Bob Condotta of the Seattle-Times. Little did he know, he was going to the break the 40-yard dash record.
In his only combine workout of the day, he made the run a memorable one.
John Ross appeared to suffer an injury after his run but he still says that he could’ve ran faster. Seriously, he said he could’ve ran faster.
