James Harden can really fill it up, and he likes step backs, per his recent game-winner in Phoenix. Harden got at one of his shooting guard peers with this one, sizing and setting up Jimmy Butler before hitting a shot right over him.
Harden sets up driving to his dominant left. Butler does a decent job to cut him off, but Harden does a pull-back dribble between the legs to create ample separation for his shot. This is simply the league’s leading scorer at work, ladies and gentlemen.
