Houston Rockets star James Harden had his best game of the season when he lead his team to a home win against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook came to town to take on ‘The Beard’ but Harden did overcome the two-headed OKC monster.
James dropped 37 points on 12-26 shooting including shooting 9-11 from the free throw line but he did shoot 4-12 from three. Harden also grabbed five rebounds, swiped three steals and handed out three assists in 38 minutes of action.
Kevin Durant dropped 29 points to lead the Thunder and he also shot 9-19 from the field including going 4-9 from the field and 7-9 from the free throw line. KD also grabbed four rebounds but he did have five turnovers on the night. Russell Westbrook had a double-double when he dropped 25 points but also handed out 11 assists. Westbrook shot 10-16 from the field 3-6 from the three point line and he grabbed eight rebounds, coming two short of a triple-double.
