Houston Rockets have a leading MVP candidate in James Harden and he isn’t shy about showing off whenever he can. Harden likes goes to go off on some scoring binges whenever he feels, it seems like.
Recently, Harden dropped 44 points in a game against the Indiana Pacers where he was just cooking up Indy all night.
Before that, Harden had 50 points in a game but this time, when he set his career-high 51 points, he made it look easy.
Harden shot 16-25 from the field including 8-9 from 3 and 11-13 from the free throw line. Harden didn’t just score though, he also had 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals but he did have 7 turnovers. He had to play such due to Sacramento Kings big man DeMarcus Cousins putting up a 24 points, 21 rebound, 10 assist triple-double line.
Harden continues to solidify his standing for the MVP award night after night. Campaigning on the part of his GM, Daryl Morey, doesn’t hurt either.
