Jabari Parker has long been talked about as being one of the real good guys. He’s never really had an off-the-court issue and has always been an upstanding young man. Check out Jabari give some local Milwaukee kids a fun Halloween surprise as he dresses up as a “Blues Brother” and dishes out something besides a pass, some candy!
