Luckily for Bradley Beal, Trey Burke recognized the Wizards guard was very hot, and even though he could have shot a three of his own, he passed it back to the former Florida Gator for an open 3-pointer. Beal was then able to knock down one of his four three-pointers on a night that included 18 points, 3 steals, and 2 assists.

The ball was always moving in the NBA’s inaugural Africa game, which helped a lot of the guys get easy shots they may never see as a part of their actual team. Sometimes when players haven’t played together too much, they play a little bit more selfishly, but that wasn’t the case in this game that was meant to show africa what the NBA is about.
Many of the league’s best stars were able to showcase their talents in Africa as a part of the game, and Beal was definitely successful in showing how good he can be.
Maybe now, some of the people in Africa will choose to follow Beal and become a fan of the Wizards. Their recent success may have helped them gain some fans, but the franchise would love some more.
