Howard calls us to question if ‘Superman’ is really back.
Remember when Dwight Howard said he felt more explosive since rehabbing from his knee injury? Well, Howard has looked phenomenal so far in these playoffs, dominating the Dallas Mavericks in the paint, on the glass, and at the rim. Howard and Josh Smith’s alley-oop frenzy in Game 2 was one indicator, and this alley-oop finish from Howard early in Game 4 might serve as another.
Howard catches and finishes a one-handed lob pass from Jason Terry on the move in transition. In all seriousness, this seems to be a very real Dwight resurgence happening, and it’s exceptional timing for the Rockets.
