The Sacramento Kings visited the Houston Rockets in a game that means little to nothing for the Kings but meant a whole lot to Houston.
While one of the bigger plays of the night was Terrence Jones’ 3 consecutive blocks in a row on Joey Dorsey, the final tale of the tape shows us 2 stars going at each other.
DeMarcus Cousins led the Kings with his second triple-double of his career. He scored 24 points with 21 rebounds, 10 assists, 6 blocks and 5 steals on the night. He was doing it all for the Kings and that seems to be a reoccurring theme this season.
James Harden dropped a career-high 51 points and answered anything DeMarcus had to shell out against his Rockets. At the end of the day, Houston picked up a victory and that’s the most important thing to this team right now.
This game also marked the first time one player had 50+ points and his opponent had a 20+ point, 20+ rebound and 10+ assists game. Amazing stuff from the 2 stars.
