Ok maybe it’s a ‘thrunk’ as ‘The Starters‘ famously talk about from time to time but it was still a demolition on behalf of DeAndre Jordan when he threw it down over Marco Belinelli.
Jordan didn’t start there though, he felt a little froggy and tried to leap over Tim Duncan earlier in the game.
Tim Duncan may have gotten DeAndre Jordan later in the game during crunch time, but Jordan had the dunk of the night.
Jordan put up 26 points and 18 boards to key the Clippers win, their third straight without Blake Griffin in the lineup. With the win, the Clippers move into the fifth seed in the West. Jordan was also the first player since Wilt Chamberlain to shoot over 25 or more free throws in consecutive games.
