For the second year in a row, the Los Angeles Clippers have an NBA All-Star on Lip Sync Battle. Last year, star point guard Chris Paul joined the program and went up against rap superstar Snoop Dogg. This year, newly named first-time NBA All-Star DeAndre Jordan has his time to shine in the new Spike TV show.
DJ went up against ‘Modern Family’ actress Sarah Hyland in the eighth episode of the third season of the hit Spike TV show. Jordan talked during the ‘Lip Sync Battle’ preshow about his upcoming matchup against Sarah Hyland.
The main duel saw Hyland perform the Pussy Cat Dolls hit ‘Don’t Cha’ with a Barbie theme and assistance from Nicole Scherzinger. She went up against DeAndre Jordan performing the Desiigner hit ‘Panda’ as the All-Star big man wore a Panda suit and danced with some samurais.
DJ also lip-synced the Seal classic, ‘Kiss from a Rose,’ complete with the exposed chest and dramatic theatrics fitting for a love ballad.
Jordan and Hyland talked about the battle following the show, and Sarah talked about how she defeated Jordan. The show ended with the 5’2″ actress suggesting she and the 6’11” Jordan team up for a duet, calling themselves ‘biggie smalls.’
