The atmosphere was great when the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Clippers faced off in Staples Center. Both teams came in jockeying for position in the Western Conference playoff standings but the Clippers would come out successful over the Grizzlies at the end of the day. There was one fantastic play between the 3 members of the Clip-show that wowed the Staples Center crowd.
J.J. Redick saw Matt Barnes at the other end of the court, and he threw a football pass to him. J.J. was able to make the pass because the Grizzlies busted out the full-court press trying to stop the Clippers high-powered offense. As you can tell, they did not get the job done at all.
When Barnes caught the pass, he quickly got the ball out of his hands in a lob pass to the big man DeAndre Jordan. DeAndre took the pass from Barnes and threw down an amazing two-handed slam to cap off the football throwing alley-oop highlight slam.
