Just less then 30 minutes ago, the NBA announced that Lou Williams has won the Sixth Man of The Year Award. Lou Williams averaged 15.5 points and 2.2 rebounds in his first season with the Raptors. Williams battled back from being sidelined as an Atlanta Hawk for an ACL injury to becoming a lethal bench threat.
This video comes just minutes after Lou Williams heard that he won the award. His teammate and veteran Chuck Hayes frantically is shouting and yelling and celebrating and we just love it. The Toronto Raptors have always been a tightly knit group and to see things like this, it’s just comforting.
