Ah, Brandon Knight is back. The champion of being on other people’s highlights as a victim is at it again on this latest play.
On Tuesday night, Knight found himself guarding Indiana Pacers forward Paul George in semi-transition. That did not end well for the Phoenix Suns’ point guard. As Knight attempted to defend the MVP candidate, George laid out a spin move that ended with the former being laid out on the floor.
Knight may have lost his footing, but it honestly looks more like he knew he was beat and tried to flop after a slight push-off from George. That might mean that he is safe from the ridicule of being embarrassed by George, but it really does not make the play any better for him. In fact, Knight might just find himself on the next edition of Shaqtin’ A Fool.
The whole play looked like a Three Stooges skit with only one Stooge. Except this Stooge has been the butt of countless jokes.
