Once Paul Pierce sealed a 103-101 Game 3 victory over the Atlanta Hawks, Bradley Beal was the first to embrace Pierce, and celebrated the victory by punching Pierce multiple times. The punches were Beal showing how much he appreciated the shot by Pierce, which gave the Wizards a 2-1 series lead in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. Sooner or later, Beal will hit a shot worth some punches from Pierce, and The Truth can get back at the young gun.
Both Pierce and Beal must step up their games if John Wall is still unable to make a return to the hardwood in Game 4 tonight, which will be taking place at the Verizon Center. The two have been performing well in clutch moments, but will need to put together more great performances if the Wizards want to make it to the Eastern Conference Finals. The performances of this duo will make or break the dreams of Wizards’ players and their fans.
