The San Antonio Spurs and Washington Wizards just finished an absolute thriller at the Verizon Center. The game came down to literally the last shot, where John Wall kicked the ball out to Bradley Beal on the wing, and Beal, covered by LaMarcus Aldridge, jabbed to his right real quick, then takes one dribble to the left, and drains a three at the buzzer to win the game 102-99.
Beal finished the game with 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. He was also active on the defensive end of the court, stealing the ball from the Spurs 3 times. John Wall scored 17 points in the game, and had 13 assists. For the Spurs, Kawhi Leonard scored 23 points and grabbed 9 boards. Tim Duncan and LaMarcus Aldridge rebounded very well against the Wizards, recording 12 and 14 rebounds respectively. The Spurs get a two day rest after this game and will go home to take on the Charlotte Hornets in their next contest. Washington gets tomorrow off and will go to Boston on friday to play the Celtics.
