Blake Griffin is doing another terrific job of carrying the Clippers at the start of Game 2 against the Rockets. On this play the Clippers were in transition, where they do so much damage, and forced a cross-match scenario. Jamal Crawford pushed up the sideline and recognized that Griffin had Pablo Prigioni fronting him. Blake put his hand up and Crawford made the perfect read on the lob pass because Trevor Ariza wasn’t going to lay off of J.J. Redick in the opposite corner.
When you have players like Blake Griffin, transition offense is much easier.
