Just like last season, the Raptor’s GM Masai Ujiri may be fined for what he said about the opposing team before a playoff game. Last season, he made the comment “f— Brooklyn” before the Raptors series against the Nets. He was fined $25,000 for that. This year, he said of Paul Pierce’s commentsin front of a large crowd,
“We don’t give a s*** about it,”
The NBA Commisioner, Adam Silver, was attending the Raptors vs. Wizards game, and was there when Ujiri made the comments.

The Commissioner obviously heard the comments, and at halftime of the game he was asked about them by TSN. Here is the video of this interview with Silver:
Silver says of the comments made by the GM in the video,
“It’s not appropriate in the league.”
Silver acknowledges that Ujiri is a passionate guy, but he clearly thinks that he went to far again this year. Ujiri will likely be fined by the league for the comments he made this afternoon just as he was for the Brooklyn incident. The Raptors lost the game to the Wizards in an overtime affair.
