Before you read below, please look at K.J. McDaniels reaction at the :15 second mark. Classic.
The 6’8 forward for the Philadelphia 76ers out of the University of Syracuse may be a relative unknown to the NBA masses but Jerami Grant made his presence known against the New Orleans Pelicans with this sick dunk.
He drove by Jeff Withey and threw down the tenacious reverse slam in a 76ers loss to the Pelicans and Anthony Davis.
Grant is only averaging 5 points per game on the season, but as of late, in the last 10 games he’s been getting a lot more playing time and making the most of it.
Grant has upped his averages to 8.2 points per game in 23 minutes of play. With the Sixers not really going anywhere fast, look for Grant to have an increased role in Philly for the rest of the season, especially with plays like this.
