Following the cyber attacks set against Sony Pictures Entertainment, an untitled Steve Carrell film has been canceled.
According to Deadline, New Regency has decided to trash its latest project which is set in North Korea, like The Interview.
Production was scheduled to star in March with Gore Verbinski set as the director.
Verbinski is under a multipicture deal with New Regency, and will now focus on other projects, including a horror film called A Cure For Wellness.
