Tyga has had his ups-and-downs throughout his career. When his 2008 Indie debut, “No Introduction” flopped, it didn’t look good for the Cali emcee. But, after hooking up with Lil Wayne and joining YMCMB, things have been much better.
T-Raw dropped his major label debut, “Careless World: Rise of the Last King” earlier this year. With sales in the 100,ooo’s, this project was a huge step up from the Pop-driven “No Introduction”.
But- despite the fact that I believe that “Careless World” was an extremely underrated, quality LP- Tyga is looking to do better numbers on his next release.
During a backstage interview after his set on the San Bernardino, CA stop of the 2012 Rock the Bells Tour it was revealed that the 22 year-0ld recording artist has already begun work on his next album. He announced that the title of the forthcoming project will be “Hotel California”.
Hopefully Tyga continues to keep showing improvement with this next venture.
