The 2016 NBA All-Stare Game is upon us. Tonight, the best players in the NBA will face off as twelve players from both the Eastern and Western Conference will show off their skills in a no defense encouraged game. From Kobe Bryant to Carmelo Anthony, the game is loaded with talent. Here are two players to watch for in the 2016 NBA All-Star Game.
Eastern Conference- Andre Drummond/Detroit Pistons

Andre Drummond may have lost in the NBA Dunk Contest last night, but besides last night, he has done plenty of winning in the 2015-2016 season. While Detroit sits at 27-27, they started the season 23-19, and have fallen to .500 due to numerous injuries. Andre Drummond may have been the biggest factor in Detroit’s success through the first half of the season. He is averaging career highs in points(17.0) and rebounds(14.9) per game.
Drummond has been powering his way to the rim all season.
The All-Star Game will give Drummond the platform to show the fans of their NBA that he is much more than a glorified rebounder.
Western Conference – Kawhi Leonard/San Antonio Spurs
As many people know Kawhi Leonard is an elite defender, in fact, he might be the best in the NBA. Leonard is much more than a defender. He is having the best season of his career as a San Antonio Spur. He possesses career bests in both offensive(122) and defensive(94) ratings per basketball reference. He is averaging a career high 22,4 points per game, 7.4 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game.

Leonard has been a whole new monster this season, and the NBA universe must learn that he is no longer just a defender.
Tonight’s All-Star Game should be very fun, and these two are just a couple of players who could have a very big night in Toronto.
