Dragons and spiders and elves! Oh my!

All of those make an appearance in the newest TV spot for ‘The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug’ released by Warner Bros.

The 30-second clip previews Bilbo Baggins’ journey to try and recover treasure from the lair of a dragon, Smaug.

‘The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug’ will hit theaters on December 13.
