With the countdown to his surrender ticking away, Former President Donald Trump has orchestrated a strategic reshuffling of his legal deck in Georgia, ushering in a new lead attorney ahead of his impending surrender Thursday evening.
Stepping onto the legal stage with a calculated maneuver, criminal defense lawyer Steve Sadow takes center spotlight, replacing Trump’s attorney Drew Findling, as revealed by the New York Times.
After Trump’s plane landed in Georgia, Susie Wiles briefly emerged to greet Trump’s new lead counsel in this case, Steve Sadow.

“I have been retained to represent President Trump in the Fulton county, Georgia case,” Sadow stated. “The president should never have been indicted. He is innocent of all the charges brought against him. We look forward to the case being dismissed or, if necessary, an unbiased, open minded jury finding the president not guilty. Prosecutions intended to advance or serve the ambitions and careers of political opponents of the president have no place in our justice system.”
Having stood at the helm of Trump’s legal defense throughout the extensive two-year investigation spearheaded by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis; Drew Findling’s tenure as lead attorney comes to a consequential shift.
As this transition unfolds, Jennifer Little, another attorney integral to the team, is anticipated to continue her collaborative efforts with newly appointed lawyer Steve Sadow.
