The Cleveland Cavaliers came out guns blazing for game four of the 2017 NBA Finals. After going down 3-0 to the Golden State Warriors, it was clear that the Cavs did not want to be embarrassed on their home court.
One player, in particular, seemed to take offense to the Warriors striving for a perfect postseason en route to raising the trophy in Cleveland. That was Tristan Thompson and he made it abundantly clear he was having none of that after the game:

Thompson had been struggling all Finals long, having scored only eight points and grabbed only 11 rebounds in the first three games of the Finals. But he came ready to play in game four, recording five points, ten rebounds, and five assists while looking noticeably more engaged on both ends of the floor.
When you play as well as Thompson did on Friday, you’re allowed to refer to yourself in the third person and say “You ain’t about to punk Tristan Thompson.”
