And here I thought it was all over after the Cavs pulled their completely fair $80 Million offer. Whoops! Silly me! The North East Ohio Media Group has give an update on the relationship between the Cavs and Tristan Thompson along with his agent (Who’s taking major L’s at the moment) Rich Paul. And it’s not good.
There’s no communication ongoing between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Thompson’s agents, Rich Paul and Mark Termini, Northeast Ohio Media Group has learned.
In fact, there doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency from either side in reaching an agreement. And that means Thompson’s stalemate will continue to hover over the organization like a black cloud, a cloud LeBron James considers “a distraction.”
It may be time to signal to the dugout for Cavs owner Dan Gilbert.
Are you kidding me? No sense of urgency? Are you trying to annoy me? No. Dan Gilbert, step in and sort it out because there’s no point for everybody to not be pro active and sit on their hands collectively. It’s pointless, just sit down and do something please!
