
During the last quarter of 2017, Trippie Redd went from having a buzz to being one of the faces of the next generation. In August of 2017, Trippie Redd got a major look from the late rapper, XXXTentacion, on his album, 17. Their collaboration, “F*ck Love”, ended up gaining traction and being pushed as an official single off of the project. Later on in 2017, the Ohio native got a record of his own with “Dark Knight Dummo”. With vocals from Travis Scott and production from the Honorable C.N.O.T.E, the song pushed its way to number seventy two on the Billboard Charts. Today, the “Dark Knight Dummo” rapper has decided to take the next step in his evolving career.
After receiving his first platinum plaque for the success of “Dark Knight Dummo”, Trippie Redd has released his debut album, Life’s A Trip. Coming in at just under fifty five minutes, the fourteen track project features Travis Scott, Diplo, Young Thug and Reese LaFlare. The album also has great production from Scott Storch, Murda Beatz, Honorable C.N.O.T.E, OZ, Wheezy and Preme.
