Thanksgiving may have recently passed, but Trey Songz fans get to feast all over again.
The singer, who most recently dropped his Tremaine The Album LP back in March 2017, is officially back. Even more exciting for longtime fans, Trey Songz has not returned with just 1 body of work, but 2 entirely new projects.
Having released standalone records throughout the year, it was all for a clear purpose with the surprise release of Trey Songz’s new mixtapes, 11 and 28. Both comprised of 10 tracks a piece, 11 is made up of mostly solo Trey records, versus 28, which is packed heavy with guest features.
Tapping fellow artists like 2 Chainz, Swae Lee, Jeremih, Yo Gotti and more to come along for the ride, it’s evident that Trey Songz was looking to close of his 2018 with a massive bang. Doing just that with his new releases, it’s time to see if the music matches the hype that comes with a surprise release.
