According to David Aldridge of nba.com, the pick sent to Utah is a 2021 second-rounder:

In 64 games with the Jazz last season, Burke averaged 10.6 points, 2.3 assists, and 0.5 steals in only 21.3 minutes per contest.
Burke, a Michigan State product, had fallen out of Utah’s future plans. With the Jazz having a glut of guards that include George Hill, Alec Burks, Dante Exum, and Rodney Hood, Burke began seeing his role gradually regress over the past twelve months. Now, the 2009 No. 9 draft pick has a chance to start fresh with the Wizards, with his years in Utah finally behind him.
For Washington, this move comes on the heels of Al Horford’s decision to join the Celtics over them. Washington bounced back, signing Ian Mahinmi and Andrew Nicholson to deals and trading for Trey Burke, keeping their hopes of making the Playoffs somewhat intact.
Burke is a promising young guard that can play alongside John Wall and Bradley Beal, or come off the bench to replace them. For head coach Scott Brooks and the Wizards, this move was an absolute steal.
