The first battle off of TrapHouseNY 2nd anniversary event (Preview of the event) is between two MCs who have received some recognition, Blaksmif vs Staccz. Blaksmif, out of Massachusetts, is looking to regain the steam he had when he first touched down in the battle scene. From being apart of cyphers with Meek Mill and Charlie Clips, to putting on some impressive performances in battles, he got a shot at a PG against the now URL signee, Gutta. He’s back at the TrapHouse to further improve himself as a battler and is showing the battle world why he was able to stand next Meek and Clips.
Exemplifying why he’s different from your average battler:
Battle took place before Caitlyn Jenner came alive.
Staccz, who made his debut in the Trap against SrRoc JuHeard, has been making noise for a few months now. Seen on Udubb, Wegohard, and TrapHouseNY, Mercy slated him on the 2nd anniversary card, which means a lot. Being apart of the “Almighty Cakes,” it won’t be easy for Staccz to get past the stigma of being a clone of his contemporaries, Steams and Chess. If you can get past that, you can see that this dude is a talent and when he finds his own, he can be a force. Now-a-days, everyone can have bars but structure and delivery is everything that sets you apart.
You let us know if he is doing that:
Say what you want, this kid is NICE.
