Jennifer Lopez like we have never seen her before. JLO has made her rounds as a professional singer, dancer & actress (Selena, Enough, Maid In Manhattan, Money Train, etc.) but she is about to embark on a new TV Drama for NBC.
Set to air on Thursday, January 7, 2016, ‘Shades Of Blue’ stars Jennifer Lopez as a New York detective and a single mother who is juggling the difficulties of both. Harlee Santos (Jennifer Lopez) is not just any cop, surprisingly so, a “dirty” one and the first look at that is played out in the trailer below.
As any dirty cop though, there are more than just one within the ranks. For Lopez, with her taking occasional bribes and money for protection, even though it isn’t right, it’s all used to provide the best life for her daughter.
While it may have been all good at one point but when the FBI applies pressure on Santos and force her to “snitch” on the same men she was accepting said bribes and protection with, that is when problems arise. Will Harlee Santos stand the test of love, loyalty, honor and betrayal while trying to provide the best honest life for her daughter?
