McCollum was named the NBA’s Most Improved player for the 2015-16 season after averaging 20.8 points, 4.3 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 44.8% from the field, 41.7% from three-point range, and 82.7% from the free throw line.

McCollum joins Allen Crabbe ($75 million) and Evan Turner ($70 million) as Blazers players who have gotten PAID this offseason.
