A trade between the Toronto Raptors and Phoenix Suns could be coming. There were reports that the two teams were in trade talks centered around Markieff Morris back in December, but that trade never materialized. The Raptors are still looking to acquire Morris, though, along with another Suns player. From ESPN’s Marc Stein:
Toronto, I'm told, also showing interest in Suns' Markieff Morris; PHX widely seen as a LOCK to do at least one deal before Feb. 18 deadline

P.J. Tucker actually played for the raptors during his rookie year(2006-07), during which he played just over 83 total minutes. After that season, the Raptors waived Tucker, and he was out of the league until 2012-13, when the Suns signed him. Tucker has been pretty consistently productive for Phoenix for the past 3 seasons, averaging 9.3 points and 6.5 rebounds per game from 2013 to 2015. This season, Tucker’s numbers have slipped a bit, as he’s lost some minutes due to the emergence of T.J. Warren. However, if Tucker isn’t traded, his role will increase now that Warren has been pronounced out for the season with a broken foot.
The Suns have been a complete mess since it was announced that Eric Bledsoe would miss the remainder of the season with a torn meniscus. Since then, the team has fired head coach Jeff Hornacek. What this Phoenix team needs is a fresh start. Maybe they can achieve some form of that by changing their roster. Expect Phoenix to make moves before the deadline.
