Tom Hardy is being sought after to play the villain in X-Men: Apocalypse.
Hardy is wanted by X-Men director Bryan Singer and 20th Century Fox to play En Sabah Nur, the world’s first mutant born in Egypt around 3,000 BC.
According to The Wrap, Hardy is also in the running for Warner Bros. Suicide Squad film and Marvel’s Doctor Strange.
X-Men: Apocalypse stars Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Evan Peters, Michael Fassbender, and Nicholas Hoult who are reprising their roles.
Producer Simon Kinberg announced that Apocalypse will be the final film of the X-Men prequel ttrilogy
X-Men: Apocalypse is expected to release May 2016.
