After 10 long hours Tom Brady’s suspension concluded in New York. As of right now no further hearings are scheduled. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Brady’s appeal went well as he went through the process with a reasonable explanation for every question.
Was told by person in today’s appeal that Tom Brady’s greatest ally was…Tom Brady. Offered explanations in all areas. Now up to Goodell.

The NFL suspended Brady on May 11th after the releasing of the Ted Wells report that found Brady “generally aware” of the activities that occurred during the AFC championship game. After commissioner Goodell decided to push off Brady’s appeal for as long as possible, he now has to decide whether or not to uphold the reigning Superbowl champion quarterbacks suspension. Jeffery Kessler, Brady’s attorney, thought the hearing went well.
“I don’t know what timetable will be. We presented a very compelling case”
All we can do now is wait. I would expect some sort of decision before the pre-season. If Goodell decides to make a statement by upholding the suspension the NFL players association may decide to get involved but for now all we can do is wait.
