The Tennessee Titans are making a push this spring to be contenders next season. With young quarterback Marcus Mariota already looking like a player to build their franchise around, they just need the pieces to complement him.
They traded for former NFL rushing leader DeMarco Murray, they hold the number one overall pick and now, they have signed a receiver to be a top target for the young QB. Former Dolphins wideout Rishard Matthews will join the Titans on a three-year deal.

The Titans are signing former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Rishard Matthews to a three-year contract, NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport and Rand Getlin report, via a team source.
Matthews was a first time starter in 2015 and it resulted in a breakout season, averaging nearly five receptions and 72 yards through nine games. He ended up missing all of December after suffering multiple fractured ribs in a Week 12 loss to the New York Jets but he finished with a total of 43 receptions, 662 yards and four touchdowns.
