If you’ve been looking for Tinashe, there’s no need to worry. Throughout the course of the year, the singer has found herself steadily working on her forthcoming album, ‘Joyride.’ Marking as album no. 2, the pressure is on for Tinashe to deliver material just as good, or better, than her Aquarius debut. Dropping off records like ‘Player’ and ‘Ride Of Your Life,’ earlier this year, things have now took a turn as Tinashe debuts ‘Superlove.’
Just from the early moments of the track, ‘Superlove,’ is best described as 80’s & 90’s meets current as the singer meshes all of those worlds in the form of an uptempo tune. Perfect for the Summer time, ‘Superlove’ also seems to be reminiscent of Ghost Town DJ’s ‘My Boo,’ which recently saw a resurgence due to several viral videos that ruled the internet.
