The Minnesota Timberwolves, along with almost 90% of the NBA world, believes Andrew Wiggins should be the rookie of the year. The first overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft had a slow start to his rookie season, but has seemed to blossom into a young rising star in this league. He’s averaging 16.7 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1 steal, shooting 43% from the field on a struggling and horrible Timberwolves team.
Just to make sure their rising star gets the trophy he rightfully deserves, the Timberwolves Public Relations office will be giving out ROY socks to voters.
