The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to a one-year deal with Raymond Felton, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Felton’s contract will contain a no-trade clause this season due to his one-year bird restriction, meaning he can veto any trade the team presents to him or his agency.

Felton originally signed a one-year deal to join the Thunder in the summer of 2017, playing back-up point guard to Russell Westbrook throughout last season. He averaged 6.9 points and 2.5 assists per game on the year, appearing in all 82 contests.
Felton, a 13-year NBA veteran, made stops with Charlotte, New York, Denver, Portland, Dallas and the Los Angeles Clippers before joining the Thunder organization. He turned 34 years old in June and was drafted with the fifth overall pick by the Charlotte Bobcats in 2005. Prior to being drafted, he played three seasons at North Carolina and led the Tar Heels to a National Championship.
The Thunder also signed free agent center Nerlens Noel this month, in addition to re-signing All-Star forward Paul George to a multi-year deal. The team will look to bounce back from a disappointing campaign which saw them face elimination in the first round to the Utah Jazz.
