The Strategies And Betting Systems In Online Roulette

  • December 10, 2020

Roulette
Naim Benjelloun

There is no one perfect strategy in roulette. Nevertheless, you can test different strategies to improve your chances of winning and get a feel for bankroll management. With the free online roulette game, you can test all strategies in peace without losing any money.

There are many roulette strategies, such as the James Bond roulette strategy or the Column & Dozen roulette strategy. And unsurprisingly, there is also a mathematical strategy because roulette also follows the law of probability. So the likelihood that the ball lands on a certain number are 1/37. A game cycle consists of 37 rounds. This means that 24 numbers can be hit one or more times in a cycle; the remaining 13 numbers are unlikely.

Many players use sophisticated betting systems. These include the Markov system, the Fibonacci system, the Oscar’s Grind system, the 1-3-2-6 betting system or the Martingale system for playing roulette. But here, too, you quickly realize that there is always a bit of residual risk. And once you feel it in your pocket, the anger is excellent.

If you try the betting systems in free roulette, you can find the right strategy and find out for yourself how significant the risk of a high loss is. Play money roulette is recommended because it puts your method to the test. The best thing to do is test all betting systems first in free roulette before risking your real money. You can also put your own discipline to the test because betting systems require that you follow them – regardless of whether you are winning or losing. However, many players get cocky after a few wins and still bet more, or the other way round: in free roulette, you can put yourself to the test and see whether you can stay calm when things get extreme.

Compared to other casino games: This is what makes roulette so special

In principle, roulette has always been a classic. This game will probably outlive us all, just as it did tens of generations before us. And there are some excellent reasons for this because even compared to other casino games, roulette has numerous unique features. A big advantage for all beginners is the fact that this game is extremely easy to learn. To know the basics, you only have to invest a few minutes. Despite these very simple general rules of the game, there are numerous approaches, playing strategies and roulette techniques. Hardly any game is as simple, but at the same time as versatile as this classic. The same applies to the different game variants. Of course, these are all based on a similar principle.

As a roulette player, you usually do really well compared to other table games. In the live area, roulette is usually the strongest represented together with blackjack. Compared to Sic Bo or other exotic table games, you can enjoy a much larger selection of game variants. Also, all roulette players benefit from the low house edge of this game. Suppose you are not playing the US game variant. In that case, the house advantage is often significantly lower than with other table or card games.

What are the advanced bets in roulette?

Indeed many of you already know the simple outside bets. Here you guess that the ball lands on black or red. Pretty easy, right? But in roulette, there are also the so-called “advanced” bets. As the name suggests, these are risky or complicated bets that you can place while playing.

These bets are also known as “call” bets because the croupier at the table must be verbally asked to place these bets. You can also play and practice these complex bets at any time in online roulette and mobile roulette games.

The neighbor bets

You can only place the neighbor bet at French and European roulette tables. They designate bets on five adjacent numbers on the roulette wheel. For example, in a casino, you would say you are betting on “17 and their neighbors”. Then you would bet on the 17, and its two left and right neighbors, i.e. 2, 25, 17, 34 and 6. The bet is evenly distributed over the five numbers. The minimum stake must be valid for each bet. For example, if the minimum stake is € 10 per bet, you have to budget at least € 50 for a neighboring bet.

Neighbors of zero

The numbers around zero are called “Neighbors of zero” – that is, the digits that are neighbors of zero. They are the numbers 22, 18, 29, 7, 28, 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32, 15, 19, 4, 21, 2, 25.

The third of the wheel / 5/8 bet

You can only place the third wheel bet on a French roulette table. In this bet, you cover a third of the roulette wheel with 6 chips by placing one chip on each of two numbers: 5/8, 10/11, 13/16, 23/24, 27/30, and 33/36. The payout of winnings is a maximum of 35: 1.

The Orphans Bet

The orphan bet is a bet on all numbers that are not covered by the tiers. These are the numbers 1, 6, 9, 14, 17, 20, 31 and 34.

We can only warmly recommend you to take a closer look at these challenging call bets in roulette. They are often more exciting and exciting than simple bets, but they also involve a high-risk level. The best thing to do is practice the free online roulette games before placing any real money.

But not only your bets should be thoroughly studied: your game strategy is also a critical factor in online roulette. Of course, we would like to go into these as well.

Online roulette and live roulette do not differ in the type of game, but only in the gaming experience. No, there are no roulette tables with no limits. There are many online casinos that offer very high roulette limits. Most high rollers will be satisfied with that. You will find regular limits of up to 15,000 euros per bet at most roulette tables, depending on the roulette variant and the bet you want to place.
