When it comes to the art of remixing, Scott Melker AKA The Melker Project is unquestionably the king. The New York City and Miami based artist and producer has built an enormous following and digital personality with his edits of classics and hits from across a wide spectrum of genres. His past projects, including Ballin’ Oates, Red Hot Trilli Peppers and Skeetwood Mac have been destroying the internet for the past 2 years.
Now, after achieving an organic fan base of over 100,000, performing live weekly across the globe, several chart-topping edits and coverage across platforms as one of the music scene’s most beloved remix artists, Melker says goodbye to The Melker Project and switches gears to focus on his own solo career as a producer. His last remix endeavor takes on the enormous catalogue of the one and only King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Titled “Triller,” the EP is scheduled for release October 29.
