A new poster for Maze Runner 2: The Scorch Trials has been revealed.
The new international poster shows a map of the maze going up in flames as a lone runner- thought to be Thomas [Dylan O’Brien]- jumps out to the world beyond.
As we already saw in the trailers for the film, the struggles of the Gladers are far from over. After successfully making it out of the maze, Thomas, Teresa, Minho, and the other survivors search for clues about WCKD through the Scorch, a desolate wasteland filled with horrific obstacles.
Returning actors O’Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, and Kaya Scodelario are joined by franchise newcomers like Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad, and Aidan Gillen and Nathalie Emmanuel of Game of Thrones.
Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials will hit theaters on September 18.
