The Tracy Morgan led series, The Last O.G., will return for a new season on April 2nd at 10:30 p.m. on TBS. The new season will focus on Tracy’s character who goes after his dream of being a chef after losing his job. His ex-girlfriend, played by Tiffany Haddish, embarks on an entertaining business venture herself. In addition, returning cast members include Ryan Gaul, Allen Maldonado, Taylor Mosby and Dante Hoagland. New cast members also include Bresha Webb, Diarra Kilpatrick, Joshua Rivera, Dan Hedaya and more.The new cast also includes Hip-Hop royalty such as Method Man, Rev Run, Talib Kweli and Rakim.
Along with the announcement of the new season, TBS has released a new trailer for The Last O.G. The new trailer opens up with Morgan in church asking his mother for forgiveness after all the hurt he’s caused her and she responds, “Hell no!” Later on, we see Tracy Morgan open up his own food truck restaurant with much success. We also see him have a run in with the police. There’s also a cameo from Method Man and a few other special guests. All in all, it appears that The Last O.G. will not miss a step in its second season.
