The Federal Authorities have now found more evidence against 69 that secures his place in a cell. The copy of the evidence was sent to Lazaro and the team thinking that they will be getting a plea deal, however, Lazaro is making it known that 6ix9ine will not be snitching.
Lazaro spoke to TMZ saying that “A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one. 6ix9ine is prepared to go to trial at all costs. Becoming an informant for short-term gain would come to haunt hum in his next incarnation if you will.”
Federal Authorities reportedly have images of 6ix9ine tying him to many crimes in New York. However, Lazaro still maintains that his client “was never part of the conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged.”
